About Dannee
Background
Dannee Risler Urban is a professional hunter jumper horse trainer based out of Omaha, Nebraska. A Canada native who has been a professional in the horse industry for 18 years, Dannee sat on her first horse at the age of three at her grandfather's farm and hasn't stopped riding since. Her father's veterinary practice provided Dannee with a strong belief in and understanding of quality horse care, which is a foundational aspect of her training.

Dannee has been in the US for over 17 years, and counts herself extremely lucky to have had multiple opportunities to learn from talented equestrian professionals in both the US and Canada.

Dannee believes that the most important thing is to always be learning, and she pulls ideas, theories, and practices from many sources and across disciples. She prides herself on being open-minded and exploring all opportunities to find what resonates with a horse.
